2025 Digital Rights Days Celebration
Join the City of Portland on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 for a virtual panel exploring how Oregonians can shape the future of digital rights, access, and responsible technology use. This year’s event highlights the City’s ongoing work to ensure technology serves the public good — from expanding digital access and protecting privacy to responsibly using data and artificial intelligence.
City staff and partners will share insights from current initiatives, including Portland’s Surveillance Technologies Inventory, digital access programs, and efforts to modernize digital services. The panel will also feature discussions on public safety technology, such as the City’s use of drones and automated camera enforcement.
This event is part of International Digital Rights Days and supports Portland’s commitment to advancing human rights in the digital age. The panel will be held virtually on Zoom, and registration is required.
