Dear Kerns Neighborhood Association,
We would like to notify you about a proposed mural that will be painted on 2419 NE Sandy Blvd Portland OR 97232. We have received permission from Tree House Collective, the owners, and submitted the permit paperwork to the City of Portland Bureau of Development Services. The mural will be hand-painted directly onto the wall and will feature an aquatic character. The mural will be painted for one week, by a visiting artist from California. This mural project is being managed by the Portland Street Art Alliance (PSAA).
