New clean streets resources for Kerns Neighborhood Association

Hope your week is off to a great start! I’m reaching out to you as someone responsible for disseminating information to your community about keeping your neighborhood clean and beautiful. Since many people don’t know how to dispose of old mattresses, my team at created a guide on how mattresses can be recycled, donated, and disposed of legally.
You can a look at the resource here:
The Mattress Recycling Council estimates that up to 20 million mattresses are disposed of every year in America. When it’s time to get rid of an old mattress, many people don’t even realize that there are better options available than dumping their trash on the sidewalk. We’re hoping that spreading awareness of cleaner, greener disposal options will keep old mattresses out of landfills and neighborhood streets.
Our guides have been featured by organizations including NBC News, Harvard University, and Lifehacker. Since you’re a great source of information for your community, I thought you might be interested in referencing our guide. Would you consider sharing our content by linking to it on this page ( or elsewhere on your site?
If you have any questions or feedback, my team would love to hear it. Thanks so much for your time and for considering us as a resource. Also, if there is a better person at your organization to speak to or if this message has reached you in error, please let me know.
