Join PCCEP’s Policy & Reform Subcommittee, Wednesday, February 4th from 6-8pm.

The meeting will open with updates about PPB policy directives, the PCCEP community engagement hiring process, the implementation of the Community Board for Police Accountability (CBPA), a recent PPB event around crowd management with Professor Clifford Stott, and PCCEP’s outreach on proactive PPB actions in light of federal overreach.

PCCEP will then discuss the City’s homelessness policy and nexus with policing. The committee will review a letter sent by community to PCCEP and the Mayor’s Office along with the Mayor’s response. PCCEP has invited organizations that support the houseless community, the Mayor’s Office, and PPB to participate in this discussion.

  • You can view the letter from community stakeholders that was sent to PCCEP and the Mayor here.
  • You can view the Mayor’s response here.

As always, our meeting will wrap up with Open Public Comment.
Join us and have your voice heard!
