Administrative Rules Updates: Public Comment Period is Open
The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability has three proposed administrative rules now open for public comment. These include one new administrative rules proposal and proposed changes for two existing administrative rules. The public is invited to submit comment on any or all of these through Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Gas Leaf Blowers
The public is invited to review and submit comments proposed administrative rules for Gas Leaf Blowers (Title 17).
Commercial Building Energy Performance
The public is invited to review and submit comments proposed changes to the administrative rules for Commercial Building Energy Reporting (PCC 17.104 Commercial Building Energy Performance).
Bees and Livestock
The public is invited to review and submit comments proposed changes to the administrative rules for Bees and Livestock (Title 13).
