Winter Weed Watch: Lesser Celandine
| This low-growing perennial with striking yellow flowers once sold by nurseries is now an unwelcome invader. Its vibrant appearance may look charming, but it is aggressive and eager to dominate. (In natural areas, it can crowd out all native spring wildflowers!) Once it takes hold, it’s tough to control – so early ID and action are essential. |
