Come Testify On Our Ordinance

It’s time for the City to update and improve the way it addresses crimes and properties associated with human trafficking in Portland.

After repeated calls from the community, especially those along and near 82^nd Avenue, our office is bringing legislation to the Community and Public Safety Committee next week to do just that. This legislation will provide the first update to the City’s Chronic Nuisance Property code since 1997 and provide new mechanisms for establishing a Nuisance Property.
